Graduation

Almost one month ago I FINALLY graduated from high school. It was the biggest relief that I could have felt in a while. All the stress that I had the past three years was now gone and done with. I didn't have to give it a second thought and never had to look back. I am finally free of all of the pointless drama of high school. Now I get to talk about important adult stuff and not about who is dating who and who kissed who and blah blah blah..

Graduation was exactly how I expected it...exciting yet boring. It was interesting to see everyone in the same outfit and no "my outfit is better than yours." It was like we were almost finally a family. {at least we looked united and like a family.} It's still life and we are still human so of course people were being judged on what accomplishments they had made over the course of the year. It was a good reminder of what I was getting out of.

It was a good experience, but really? Two hours? That was just agony, not only was it hot all of my friends were in different areas than I was so I didn't have anyone to entertain and make the situation better.  In a way it was like class... it's funny to think about actually. I entered excited and ready for it to start and then five minutes into it all I wanted to do was get out of their find my friends and take a nap. Then the bell rings {get my diploma case} and then I am out of there never to return. This had a better ending though because I actually never have to return!

Not only did I accomplish and defeat high school, I also got the whole family together without one argument! It was an amazing week for my family and me. I am so glad that we were {as strange as it sounds} blessed with the trials that we have been given. We are not given anything that we can't handle.

I have been told that pictures are worth a thousand words so I am just going to let these pictures of my family and some of my closest friends speak for me... ENJOY!
