My day with Audrey

Okay so I did a play on movie titles for the title of this entry. There is a movie called "My week with Marylin". This entry is about the best day of my life at Tiffany & Co. I have always been told by my parents and my grandparents that I look like Audrey Hepburn. When we found out that a Tiffany & Co. was being put into a local mall down town we decided that we were going to have "Breakfast at Tiffany's." Of course we had to wait till my braces came off, which by the way is awesome. When they came off we made the appointment for the photo shoot.

Well the day came and it was a fairytale. It had tuned into a picture to go with my tree for the Festival of Trees. For those who don't know what the Festival of Trees is, it's a charity event for the local children's hospital. Everyone decorates a unique tree, wreath, ginger bread house, and quilt. All of the proceeds go to the hospital. It's an amazing thing to be a apart of and I'm glad that I could be apart of it.

The day of the photo shoot was cloudy and a little rainy, the photographer was worried that we wouldn't be able to get a picture. I convinced my mom to come into the store to see if we could take a few snapshots and then we would be out of their hair. I wasn't sure what to expect and what happened wasn't even in my range of thoughts or dreams. We saw one of my old neighbor that I hadn't seen in years and things sky rocketed form there. I explained our situation and the next thing that I knew I was being draped in expensive jewels. They let me try on whatever I wanted and they treated me like a princess.

They got out some jewels that were like the ones that Audrey wore in the movie. We took photos for about three hours. The staff their was the mot amazing things for me and my family. I couldn't ask for any better people to have helped. They all got together and they all pitched in and bought me a beautiful platinum two heart pendant. I never take this thing off and it keeps me going on my bad days. I couldn't be more thankful for my family, my new family at Tiffany's, and my new family at fotofly. Thanks for all of the things that you have done for me!

Here are just a few of the pictures from that day.
